Jonathan and his team always do a great job! It's hard to find an honest auto mechanic these days but I fully trust this shop - been coming here for years for all my maintenance and get an oil change about once every 6 weeks.

So far I'm happy! Got new tires & brakes done & prices were fair & Johnathon at the front desk is very kind. My car is no longer under warranty so I plan to get all my maintenance done here now.

Dear Mr. Brian, DW Campbell Tires Management, I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your Marietta location at 1930 Cobb Parkway, Marietta, GA 30061. I have been a loyal customer of DW Campbell Tires for the past 4 to 5 years, and I have always appreciated the professionalism and quality of service—until now. I visited the location for a routine oil change and to address a check engine light issue on my 2018 Genesis G80. Mr. R. McNeill assisted me and recommended a diagnostic check at a cost of $145, which I agreed to. Upon completion, he informed me that the issue was related to the O2 sensor and quoted me over $200 for the part. Stopped in because I had a horrible flat tire. John sold me two new tires at a great price and performed the service as promised! Same day turnaround and excellent communication. This will be my go to place for tires from now on.
