Dwayne Fratz towing

At my grown age of 28 I am still scared of driving in the snow, was driving in some weather I wasn’t used to and decided to give up and just call a tow truck because my state of being would have made me crash lol. Dwayne seeing how nervous I was rode out to me and explained how the roads were and that he’d let me follow him home. And that’s exactly what he did! Followed for about 20 miles until I was comfortable! Not once did he make me feel silly for being scared yet helped and ensured me I could do it! Great guy with great service highly recommend!!

I was stranded last night, noone wanted to come out at 10pm. Dwayne not only came out and gave me a more than reasonable price, but he made sure my wife and I were secure at the hotel down the road after dropping off our vehicle at the nearest mechanics shop. He went above and beyond to take care of us and I really mean that. Good people get what they deserve and this guy deserves business. He called me the next morning to talk about my vehicle and what potentially went wrong and the options to fix it and estimated prices. People don't do this stuff anymore, this isnt just good business this is being a good person in general. I was in a bind when my car broke down and AAA failed to send a towing service provider during my visit to deep creek lake with my family. Dwayne is great! Honest, sincere and very personable. We talked for another hour after he dropped off the car at my house. He also made a new BFF with my golden retriever...turns out Dwayne has 3 of his own. Dogs are a great judge of character and my pooch loved Dwayne...there you have it. Need a tow? Call Dwayne!
