Having failed the emissions test I was desperate to get my car fixed. The first place I went to wanted $400 just to run a diagnostic. I found another car repair shop that did the diagnostic for $184. I had them fix minor repairs but passed on the $4,000 job they recommended. I knew I needed to get a second opinion because my car was running fine. I found DWR shop on the list of certified mechanics given to me at the emissions site. They only charged me $99 for the diagnostic. They pinpointed the problem in about an hour. A previous repair was incorrectly done which set off a false code. I was more than happy to pay them only $197 to have it corrected. My license plates expired the next day. So I was advised to get an extension and bring it back to them before going to emissions to check. I

Scott and his crew are tremendous. I was in a pickle as my cargo van overheated and went into limp mode outside Chicago 250 miles from home. The valvoline oil change guys recommended DWR highly and they were right. Scott promised to work me in eventhough they were very busy. Culprit was a cracked radiator which is 4-5 hr job for a good mechanic. My boss even told me there’s no way they can get that done before they close at 6. I was on the road by 4pm with new radiator, thermostat and all new hoses and coolant. Van runs great. Thanks Scott and DWR staff
