I purchased a used Mazda at the Vero Beach Dyer Auto location. At the time of purchase, their cleaning/detailing service was not available, which I found strange, especially since I had informed the sales representative earlier that day that I was driving over specifically to see this car. Because it was already late, both the manager and sales staff assured me that I could take the vehicle to any Dyer Auto location for cleaning. Since I live in the Orlando area, I tried to schedule this service at the Lake Wales Chevy and Kia dealerships. Unfortunately, I’ve been transferred back and forth repeatedly, and then simply sent to voicemail with no follow-up. This has raised serious doubts for me about whether I made a good decision purchasing a vehicle from this dealer group. The lack of cus

Had my truck serviced at two different Dyer service centers. The customer service is horrible. Constantly put on hold. Their version of 2 mins is 20 mins with no intention of picking up and you having to hang up, call back just to have someone else answer and speak to you. One of the times I was placed on hold for 15 mins then the service agent came back and asked me to hold on just a few more mins which turned into an additional 35 mins on hold. It took over a week to get parts in the first time I had my vehicle serviced. 1 of the issues I had them fix was an oil leak, which there is still an oil leak. Second time I had it serviced I had dropped my vehicle over night and put keys in drop box. When I didn't hear anything after the 1st day I called to get an update and they couldn't find t

If there was a way, I would rate my experience with Dyer Subaru Service much higher. Madison is exceptionally competent, knowledgable and very customer oriented ~ and a genuine pleasure to work with. Ben Williams is one of the best experiences on how to deal with customer issues that I have seen in my 86 + years. Both obviously reflect the Dyer Auto Group policy of Superior Customer Service. The staff at Dyer Subaru were the best and most professional.Alan, Ryan, Oscar and others went out of their way to make buying a car the most pleasant experience I have ever had after some 50 years buying cars. Subaru is a great company and Dyer is a prime example of their commitment to safety and happy customers with easy going pros. Alan is the best salesman I have ever met.

I was just there this morning to get a software update done on my 2017 Subaru Outback. I was early for my appointment and the staff there was very nice. I mentioned that just this morning the passenger side front window would not go down. They got the car in on time and the work was completed by 9:00! There was no charge as the window issue was not a problem and he showed me how to fix it should it happen again. They washed the car and I was on my way without a charge for anything! They did a multi-point inspection of the vehicle also. Everything was fine as all was in order. The customer lounge was "inviting" with coffee and comfortable chairs. The entire experience was pleasant and I would suggest using Dyer over the competition!
