Dyer Chevrolet Vero Beach Service Department

I went to my oil change and maintenance appointment. The oil filter was at 50% and the diesel filter at 9%. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I left, I checked that the filter settings hadn't been reset and the diesel filter hadn't been changed. I returned for another 45 minutes. The truck's cab smelled of diesel. Nothing, almost 4 hours for an oil change. Terrible.

We had a great experience at Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach! My sister and I came in looking for a used vehicle, and we had the pleasure of working with Jonathan. He was incredible—super helpful, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make the deal happen. He even came in on his day off to finalize everything for us! Highly recommend working with him.

Once again they say my vehicle has been inspected but here I sit in Palm Beach County in it. Bought my truck there, never been back and will never go back. Unprofessional throughout.

I dealt with a great sales team headed by Gustavo. The service team, Ivonne, Ben and Dennis was phenomenal, I had a slight problem but it was quickly and professionally tended to. I have dealt with many dealerships but this one in Vero Beach, Fl is #1. I also have to give a shout out to Mrs Dyer, great person , Thank you.
