Dyer Collision Center Vero Beach

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Dyer Collision. Throughout the repair process, I was given four different completion dates. On two separate occasions, I was told my vehicle was ready, only to find out when I followed up that it was not. The repairs ultimately took nearly a month, despite initially being quoted a two-week timeframe. Communication was extremely frustrating. I was unable to speak with a manager despite multiple attempts. At one point, I was told my car would be finished, so I prepared accordingly. When I called to confirm, I was informed it was still not ready. Because I rely on my vehicle for work, I had no choice but to secure a rental at my own expense. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I dropped my truck off on September 29th and didn’t get it back until November 19th. I never once got a call updating me on the progress and got the same BS line of “waiting on parts.” I was promised the truck back on Nov 6th, that passed with no phone call, text or email. I called and stated how I get it and will remain patient and was then promised November 13th. Again the date passed with no call, text, or email. I finally flipped out and they got it done a week later. The repair work is fine, there are still some panel gap issues but over all my truck does look good. Another bad experience with Dyer collision center, they have my car since December 8 2025. Over two months and always with the excuse "paperwork ". They used to have a good reputation but probably it's time for a new shop repair. I guess the best to resolve this hire an attorney.

I hope its never need a collision shop but if I do, I won't go anywhere else. DYER Collision restored my car to showroom condition. When theyre done, It's like they were never there.

This is without a doubt the BEST Sales and Repair shop out there! I have had the best experience from purchase of my car, being hit 3 weeks later, then put my new car in the hands of Dyer Collision. Jeff and staff are top notch!
