They clearly explained the condition of my vehicle, the maintenance it needed, and the necessary repairs, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. What truly made the difference was their consistent follow-up. They notified me when the vehicle would be ready and even followed up afterward to ensure that it was operating at 100%. We own a new Mazda CX30 and brought it in for its first check up. My husband went and both of us were surprised they did a video of all the work they performed. They also offered a free carwash. It was a great experience. Their waiting room was comfortable and clean. It's a great dealership. Even the purchasing process was one of the best I've ever experienced.

I recently purchased a used Mazda for my daughter. I did not have a second key fob. Dyer was able to squeeze me in when she was home from college on short notice. They not only were able to provide a new key fob, but they also took care of a recall that I wasn’t aware of. They also provided a detailed video of their inspection and showed the status of the cabin filter. This made it a lot easier to make an informed decision about replacement and felt extremely trustworthy. All while provided a comfortable place to held work on my laptop with refreshments to boot.

Scheduled an appointment. They were ready for me at that time. Took my car in immediately. John kept me posted on the work on my car . Found a couple things that were under warranty, had them done also. Very accommodating service department. Very clean & nice. Dyer Subaru is excellent for work on your Subaru.
