Extremely good customer service. Always made sure to keep me well informed on issues or findings with my vehicle. Very friendly and willing to work with you and also Brendan was super helpful and always compassionate. Overall great work and nice people all around. Highly recommend using them.

I have had 3 cars inspected at Dykstra's in Kalamazoo in February. They do an incredibly thorough job, sending me a detailed report, including videos of trouble areas. One car got a glowing report, and we bought it, After inspecting another, they said the short story was not to buy the car. The third car was old, and a family member who owns it was told not to drive it any more. I couldn't be happier with Dykstra's, because they not only did a great job, but twice they also worked me in when they were already booked.

I've been a customer here for five years, and I've always had excellent experiences with this team. Transparency and communication are top quality here. I trust this team implicitly with all things car related, and I deeply value their skill and experience. If no one's got me, Dykstra's got me.

No labor charge gave me an estimate to get my manifold work done Dropped it off about 10 AM in the morning headed back by business clothes truck was way quieter and fixed. Did not get the exhaust manifold work done yet because I cannot afford it right now. In my opinion these people do really good business and if you’re going through hard times, they might be able to help you by not charging you labor just purchased the Part through them, they do not do customer supplied parts

Brandon and the other man that helped me (can’t remember his name) were great! The splash guard on my car was ripped off and I asked them to remove it until I could get it in for full repair. To my surprise they were able to reattach it with hardware they already had at the shop. Thanks again, guys!
