Dynamic Automotive

We had such a great experience with Dynamic Automotive in Mount Airy. We originally brought our car in for an issue that had been quoted elsewhere at over $1,000 to fix. Instead of just doing the repair, their team took the time to research it thoroughly and discovered there was actually a TSB on the problem — meaning it could be repaired at the dealership at no cost to us. That level of honesty is rare and incredibly appreciated. We initially started going to Dynamic because they’re conveniently close to home, but we’ll continue going back because they’ve earned our trust. It’s clear they truly look out for their customers. Highly recommend!

I am an ASE certified technician and I took my vehicle here to have a maryland state inspection done. The vehicle failed for a few things that were legit but I also received an estimate for additional repairs for close to $4000. Some of which were non existent and completely ridiculous. I was told I needed a brake system flush and a new clutch pressure line because it "may leak" the brake fluid was brand new and they also wanted to charge me an additional $178 to flush the clutch fluid on top of the $297 to replace the pressure line. I was also quoted $939 to replace the radiator and an additional $236 to replace the hoses... which already need to be removed to replace the radiator! Additionally I was told I needed to replace the serpentine belt because it was "coming apart" yet the belt

Dynamic Automotive was great! It was my first experience with them. I needed all new TPMS on a 2016 Toyota Sienna. I didn’t like the quote from the dealership and came across Dynamic who had a much more reasonable quote. They were transparent and communicative during the whole experience. Would highly recommend and I will be servicing my vehicles with them in the future.

I thought I really felt good about this place but I was there last week for an oil change and they said, they do an over all check- over. They didn't say anything directly to me, just handed me my receipt and i paid. 3 days later after the storm, I find myself on side of the road and had to go to another auto place where they actually showed me, hey your front tires are completely bald and you shouldn't be driving. I ended up getting 4 new tires and my breaks done from the other place. In fairness, they DA did say I needed brakes but nothing about tires! I went back to my receipt from Dynamic and they "mention" "Front tires inner edge balding" but it was at the end of a list of other things and no one actually discussed it, it was just on receipt. Thank God I wasn't in an accident! Need

Dynamic was awesome possum! Thank you to Mrs. Jana for your patience in working alongside my warranty company. Shout out to Mr. Mitchell for diagnosing and repairing my intermittent issue with my vehicle. 😍 Highly recommend.
