I came to Dynamic Automotive from Raleigh NC during a road trip to the area. They gave me an oil change, tire rotation and hooked me up with a new battery. The service advisor, Jared, is phenomenal! He was really friendly and funny. When I wasn't sure about the battery he explained to me the importance but didn't pressure me into making a purchase. He also let me know about my front brakes - they need to be replaced soon, but it doesn't need to be replaced right now. I've been to two other shops that were high-pressure to try and get me to replace them. This location really cares about me and go above and beyond to help. I couldn't be happier with the results! I recently had the pleasure of visiting my regular auto shop following a frustrating experience elsewhere, and the contrast could not have been more striking. After dealing with an unnecessary and overpriced brake replacement recommendation at another location, I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion, and I am genuinely grateful for the professionalism and integrity demonstrated by the team. Have had to get work done on my jeep a few times here and can honestly say this is truly best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in all my time driving!!! Very friendly staff, detailed and speedy service, great and reliable work, incredibly transparent communication and pricing - I really felt they just went above and beyond altogether. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and recommend them - I’ve recommended my boyfriend, parents, friends, and strangers to go to them. I had a great experience at Dynamic Automotive! The people were very nice and friendly, and explained everything my car would need for the repairs. And they also provided an estimate with pictures of everything that needed to be done, and other maintenance that will need to be done in the future. I dropped my car off when they opened and they said it would be done by the end of the day, and it was! They also fixed a tail light that hasn’t worked properly for years, and that no other auto repair shop was ever able to fix! I am a very satisfied customer, and will definitely be using them again for future maintenance! And I will recommend Dynamic Automotive to anyone who needs repairs done on their car!
