I have consistently received exceptional service from everybody I have dealt with at DMS. They stand by prices quoted and turn around times. They have an incredible inventory of Dillon products with very competitive pricing. Keep up the good work, gentlemen.

Seems to be a running theme in these comments... Terrible customer service. Eric seems fine but John Mathis is VERY difficult to deal with (as also told to me by others in the industry). We sent our tension meter in to be calibrated. Not only did they delete the other calibrations on the meter, the calibration they did was off by a factor of 2x. When calling & emailing, John's response was "We are no longer able to service you in any fashion for sales or service for any equipment." When calling, he says, "Never call me again or I will get a restraining order." I sent the meter back to the original factory & they verified that John's calibration was wrong. He won't even talk to me about it. Now he will mock me by responding to this condescendingly like he did to all the other reviews on he
