I’ve been a client of Kris’s for 4 years. I live in Idaho and own a King Sand Car that has a highly modified Hayabusa Turbo Race Motor. After struggling for a few years to have other “experts” attempt to tune, I turned to Kris. To begin Kris is very patient and listens carefully to what you share and the desired outcome. After a few calls and discussions he made the case to upgrade an outdated ECU and was highly confident he could tune the car to eliminate many of my concerns. Took my '05 Lotus Elise to DRS for a new clutch and rear brakes. They walked me through multiple part options in terms of performance/longevity/price. Hourly rate was cheaper than the 'dealer'. Excellent service all around.

From specialized race car preparation and tuning, to routine service for your daily driver, this place does it all expertly. Great alternative to the dealer with their outrageous rates and their typically low-paid low-experience technicians. These guys know their s***, and will treat your car like it was their own.

I am amending my review of DRS - as i found some pretty crazy things as i have opened my own private shop after this nightmare. First off, a well put together car shouldn't need track support or constant work to keep it going too. You should be able to sort out a car and send out for practice without any major issues. Collect data, and come back without any major hiccup. I was a long time customer of DRS when i moved to California, i brought my lotus over to DRS and wanted to build a street car that i could take to the track. Following there lead i used them to build my Lotus Exige, but had many issues with the car after following there direction.
