DYNASTY COLLISION AND AUTO REPAIR

I have a car that age and Florida weather has not been kind to. I had taken the car to two body shops and was told it's too old to get parts for. I returned home and went on line and discovered Dynasty Collision and Auto Repair. After reading the reviews of the company's high integrity and work ethics I figured all these people couldn't be wrong. I took the car in for an estimate and mentioned what I wanted addressed and my budget. The car has other blemishes I could live with but would be nice to have fixed. Sabrina said she would make the estimate so I could pick and choose what I wanted done. Within hours I received a call. The estimate to complete all repairs was just a few hundred dollars over my budget so I jumped at the deal and I am sure glad I did. My 15 year old car look

I needed to get my driver seat fixed and I have to say that this company has great customer service. Very flexible, scheduling was quick, and the work got done quick and efficiently. They do a great job! They helped me with a SilverRock claim and I have to say they made it so easy for me! Totally recommend :)

This is my third time coming to Dynasty Collision & Auto to have some work done to my truck. The first time I went there I was gifted an oil change and everything was great. So I decided to go again since I had a few things that were wrong with my truck that needed to be fixed and I went in there and was greeted by John Averre who takes appointments and schedules, very nice gentleman. The owner's name is Johnny and Not only was their prices lower than most places but they did a phenomenal job and explaining everything about what was wrong and what they were going to fix. I’d taken my vehicle to Dynasty in the past year for oil change and had no problem. However, I recently experienced an issue with my brakes and brake system. All the brake dash warning lights were on and using the brake felt wonky. They took a look and a few hours later said the system needed to be replaced and quoted me 1700. Checked with dealership who said it would take double that to be repaired so I returned and left my vehicle with Dynasty and gave the go ahead. 3-4 days later the work was done- picked it up and drove home- brake still felt wonky but no lights. Next day I hop in and all the lights were back on on my dash. Update: Stripped out screws for the sunviser, stripped out screws on the accelerator pedal, more water damage was found when i took my car back to a Geico Certified mechanic. Please avoid this place at all costs, geico ended up totalling my car after additional damages were found!! Time for an honest review of this establishment. I give this place a 2.75 Stars outta 5.
