This place did great, and Ryan was super nice! As a woman, it can be intimidating to get your car worked on sometimes, but I didn’t feel that way at all here. I walked in and they took my car right away, thoroughly checked for any further, less obvious damage, kept me updated, and made sure not to settle for any parts that wouldn’t be perfect.

I’ve been to this autobody shop four different times now and every single experience has been solid. They always treat me well. Car repairs can be stressful, especially when insurance gets involved, but they walk me through everything step by step. They’ve helped me navigate insurance claims multiple times, explained what to expect, and made the whole process way less overwhelming. Their pricing has always been fair, and I’ve never once felt taken advantage of. No upselling, no weird surprise charges — just honest recommendations and straightforward communication. These guys were a great help. My son got in an accident on a Sunday morning - Dynasty answered the call and coordinated the tow. They worked with our insurance and helped in little ways that were huge since I wasn’t in town. Highly recommend Peter and his company.
