Can't say we recommend this shop. Everyone was nice and the work they did was pretty good but they missed four estimated completion dates. Our insurance was giving us rentals based on these estimates so we ended up not having a rental car for some time. Some of this wasn't their fault, some of it was. The owner didn't seem to think this was a big deal and only gave us a $100 discount. In the end dealing with them was more stressful than our car getting stolen in the first place. They had our car and the money for 39 days total.

Overall I had a very positive experience with E&B in October 2024 and highly recommend them. Due to some harsh Maryland winters my 2008 F-150 developed some rust in the undercarriage and in both rear wheel wells. I called a lot of different shops to ask for help, but no one was willing to even look at it. It was the first vehicle I purchased and took care of me on a lot of trips over the years so I was hoping to get it fixed. The work turned out to be pretty complicated and extensive, but E&B took their time and did a lot of custom and complex work to remediate all the rust and repaint. I was really happy with how it turned out and am glad that I found E&B to help me out with this.

The bodywork is awesome- hands down, communication not good, through no fault of their own my car took a month, it was supposed to take 2 weeks, it was something beyond their control- my only issue was the communication- every week I called to check on the car, I was really not kept abreast of what was going on unless I called, because of lack of communication i had to push my out of state move back. If you want a job we'll done- I guarantee it will be done well, but I can't give a thumbs up on time and communication.

Gave me an estimate, completed half the work, and then charged full cost of estimate for work that was not completed. Made excuses rather than completing the job or adjusting cost. Will be sure to advise everyone I know to go elsewhere. Hope this helps the next person reading this.

I have had 3 great experiences now with E&B fixing my cars, with all cars needing significant part replacements- including doors and front bumpers, and paint work. Ed and Kevin are very friendly and helpful and work with your insurance to make the process less stressful. Kevin was great at calling me with updates on my car so I knew exactly when it would be finished. The work has been very quick and my cars have all come out looking brand new. I trust E&B with my cars every time. These guys make the worst moments more bearable, I’d recommend to anyone needing repairs!
