Terrible service. The Shell car wash in McLean has non-functioning card payment — it simply doesn’t work. No assistance offered, and the staff was unhelpful. Very disappointing experience

Really expensive car wash that doesn't clean your car. The card reader is finicky and doesn't give you a receipt; I had to show the credit card app on my phone for proof of purchase when I started having issues. Once inside the car wash, it wouldn't start for 10 minutes and I had to call someone over to fix it, which took another 10-15 minutes. My car came out in the same condition as it arrived. Do not recommend.

The worst carwash I have ever tried. There are no washing curtains used. It is just water and soap spray which do not remove the dust and dirt from the car. There is no automatic conveyor. You have to figure how far to push your car to reach the right spot. Shampoo bubbles remain on the lower edge of the doors on the inner side. There is no blow dry at the end either. You end up driving out your car all wet with almost all the previous stains -as well as new ones- on it.

Worst car wash ever ! Doesn’t clean at all Complained and didn’t get a refund. Instead the owner used a hose to spray water on my car and said it was clean.

Car wash broken. Terrible customer service.
