I brought my car in for the usual oil change, fluids checked, rotation of tires. My is due for inspection for March and wanted it checked out before that. I’ve been going to E&G off and on years. I always have great service and they let you know if there is anything you should have to keep your safe on the road. Since my car is no longer on warranty I find it cast effective to go to a dependable auto mechanic you can trust. I highly recommend if your vehicle needs work done, check them out.You won’t be disappointed.😊

This is long overdue, but I had the best experience here. My car broke down when I was driving from NY back to Boston so I was stranded in Western Mass on a Sunday. I reached out to them Monday morning and they took me right in. Gave me a loaner car and diagnosed the problem very quickly. I was on my way home by 2pm that same day. They were honest, did great work, pointed out something I should keep my eye on, and checked in with me a few days later. Plus they were just so nice. I wish I lived closer so they could be my mechanics. 10 stars ⭐️

Got a flat on the highway on a road trip. Used E&G… happened to be nearby. What a blessing! They were so kind, quick and thorough. They even shared their cookies. Good guys. Highly recommend.

What can I say about E&G.. the first thing is, who does that? Who gives you a loaner car for FREE! Nobody! Not even a dealer will do that.. 5stars just for that! Also being a woman they didn't try to take advantage of me. Which I also appreciate, the work on my car was done fast and efficiently. Bad customer service. Owner is even worse I call them today about something that I need to get out my gas tank and they rudely turn me down and the owner hanged the phone on me. That will be the last time I will do business there . Be aware where you go to spend your hard earned money. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business. Don't go by some rude old miserable old men with no customer service skills to spend your Money. I will give them 0 starts if there was a option for it.
