E&J Auto Repair has to be the best find I have ever made. They have reasonable pricing, parts available, friendly staff and service completion on the same day as the car is brought in. Tim, who takes your information is informative professional and friendly. The only thing I dislike, because I'm recently retired is trying to be the 1st customer. They don't take appointments and open at 8 a.m. I've sat from 7 to 8 to be 1st lol. Finding a mechanic who knows what they are doing and complete the job same day is very rare. I'm a customer for life or until my 2013 Escape gives out which I hope won't be for a very long time!!

Good customer service is so hard to come by these days, definitely not an issue here. I’m very pleased with their service and Tim’s honesty. They're fast, friendly and not too hard on the wallet. Glad I brought my Lexus in and will continue to bring it to E&J in Dolton. Tim & team you’re all awesome!!!
