Eddie is a class act. I called for emergency roadside service on a Sunday, my car was stalled on US-36 with a failed water pump/serpentine belt. He was on location in a flash. Very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem, readily retrieved parts from town, replaced them, then followed me into town and made extra sure everything was back in working order... all in an hour flat! And even though I'm just passing through from out of state, he trusted me to run to an ATM so I could give him a proper payment. You don't see that kind of humility and faith just every day. I'd give 'em 6 stars if I could
