I had a fantastic experience with E&M Mufflers. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. What really stood out is how they go above and beyond for their customers. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find a shop that combines expertise with such great customer service. It took me awhile to get around to posting this but this place is amazing. I needed a weld on my exhaust and not only did they take me same day they got it done in about an hour and went over EVERYTHING with me. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. They even changed my lug nuts to the blue ones I ordered as replacements after one flew off. All super reasonably priced as well.

Apparently license plates are now being stolen in the Clearing neighborhood! The people at E&M didn't turn me away for such a small task of installing license plate mounting brackets. Thankfully they were close by and able to get me in and right out for a very reasonable fee.

I came in to have my aftermarket exhaust installed and I was very satisfied with the work done. The shop is very clean and they got me in and out in without any issues. They made sure to double check fitment with me along the way and that was very appreciated. Good honest work is hard to find these days and I’m sure glad I found them! Always good about service and a fair price. Won't try to overall you and very professional. I used to go to the place next door, but the main guy is a little too busy or hectic or whatever. Soured me. This place is my new go to.
