E-Z Go Tire & Towing

It was 0730 on a Saturday morning and we are 9 hours into an 18 hour trip and the battery light comes on. We stop at the 1st auto zone we see off rt 95 in Manning and we're told it's probably the alternator and would break down before end of trip. EZ Go Tire and Towing was recommended and there we went. It was a busy place Saturday morning and we were lucky they looked at it right away, ordered part that had to come from Columbia. We walked around this charming town for a few hours, went back and it was done! We were in and out in 4 hours. The part price was the lowest price we looked at and labor was average price. We are so grateful to have found them. The people of Manning were as friendly as could be. Thanks EZ Towing!!

Sad to say as much as I do business with them ..Sent a friend there to get his radiator and a fan done.. Boom price $175 for labor .. So now the condenser that was on the car needed to be replaced went to get that now an extra $125 just change the condenser knowing that it had to come off anyway. Definitely not the correct way to conduct business .. When a set price was already given...

We bring our vehicles in for oil changes. I bring my oil and filter in and they give me a great price. They have done ours for about a year and service has been awesome. Go by they have a full service mechanic shop install tires, patch. Check them out if you are in the Manning area.

Try to communicate with the guy for 3 days to come pick up a junk car. You didn't come on Friday. He didn't come on Monday. He scheduled to come Tuesday, never showed up. And I never heard from you. Said he called me 5 times on Friday. But there's no numbers in my call log. So I have to assume he's a lawyer also, so just my bad experience.

Fantastic customer service. Breaking down on our way home from vacation, 2 hours into our 9 hour drive, is never easily navigated. E-Z Go not only got our van right in, but went above and beyond to find the part needed to get us back on the road. Beyond grateful for the dedication to their customers. Shocked at how reasonable the cost ended up being for a blind tow in on a Saturday afternoon. Businesses like this one are the backbones to communities. 10/10 recommend!
