I had an amazing experience at E-Z Pay Cars! Dennis was my salesman and he made everything smooth, easy, and QUICK. The whole process was stress-free and very professional. If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would! The two managers, Bill and Mauricio, were absolutely wonderful. They made sure everything was handled properly and treated me with respect. The concierge was also very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I barely ever leave reviews that are not good but I want anyone (especially young adults with no family around, or anyone to help them navigate big financial decisions like buying a car) who is new to financing and working with a buy here pay here to read this. Before financing from here I bought 2 cars cash in the past. Both older cars 2004 and 2007 so I know about having to put $ into a car so soon, and I figured I’d check out financing to have some security especially for all the money your paying. I worked with Mauricio, I explained my situation to him, and I told him that this was my first time financing so I was very excited.
