E-Z Rent-A-Car

If I could give a negative rating I would. Horrible location with huge potholes and garbage everywhere. Charged $300 in additional fees. Car was horrible, scratches everywhere, dirty inside, low tire pressure, key fob battery low, ripped windshield wiper and came with a 1/2 tank of gas. This company should not be allowed to be added to expedia or travel sites because it is a bait and switch. Ruined our vacation. Every customer there was yelling. I have never seen anything like this. Disgraceful business

Marvin was outstanding! The service that Marvin gave us was above and beyond. In addition our rental car was even better than expected and very lux.

As it turns out, the low price was not a case of "you get what you pay for". Their location in the airport was very easy to find. The employees were great. The car was perfect. No surprise charges at the end either. I will definitely rent from them again.

The worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I booked it online and paid $115 and they almost $400 more before they would give me the car. It’s not located at the airport and the van that was sent to pick me up and never showed up. There is no customer service and the experience was just horrible.

Do not use this place. No star!! They are not located in the Fort Lauderdale Airport. You are shuttled by 2 different shuttles and left on street corners until next shuttle comes through. Booked 2 months prior to our trip and got there and was told do not have a vehicle. Had a large van / shuttle bus was all that was available. We took it to our hotel and then found out there are no shuttles back to this place and to the airport for our departure time at 5AM we had to make. Returned it 9:00 AM next day and was told can not refund and contact corporate for a refund. What a joke!! No calls / emails answered. Corporate is not even in United States it sounds like from people I have talked to. Needs to be turned into Better Business Bureau false advertising on their location caused a great huge
