Would never order from this shop again. Placed a phone order for a rear diff and the sales rep Keith was so insistent on getting the payment right away. He was able to charge the card same day and then after that he became super hard to call again for follow ups. Had to make several calls and emails just to get an update. They shipped after about a week after several calls and emails and being placed on the long hold. Very bad service and that Keith is also rude!!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. Bought the part, had to pay upfront, was told it would be two hrs for them to pull it, no biggie. They said they would call when it was ready, they did not! Had to ask. Then they provided a broken product! When asked about it, he said, what do you want me to do about it?

I will update if their inperson service is better. I simply wanted to know if the transmission is warrentied for 30 days post sale or installation. Other than that seems like good prices but hard to get a good description Update: went in person, very busy but good workers and price, had the parts we needed. I would say work environment could be better but satisfied as a customer.

Tried to sell me a bad transmission. Then when I asked about a warranty so if the transmission I install from them is defective, will they cover labor to remove & replace. The guy hung up the phone to then call me back 30 seconds later offering me a lower price not understanding I’m not looking for a discount but a warranty on your part. Hangs up on me again. Don’t do business with these guys. Horrible parts with no warranty and even worse customer service.

I caught a Uber from the westside of Cleveland wayyy over to Eagles on a Saturday around 2pm for a battery for my car. When I arrived they were Closed!!!! On Google it says they close at 5pm on Saturdays. They wasted my time, energy and money for no good reason. All because they are too lazy to update their hours of operation online. I even called and told them I would be there in a couple hours, did they mention that they were closing early NOOOOO! Just gave me a instant headache
