They generally have anything I need but they are always the last resort as every time I walk in there the store clerk acts like I just kicked his dog. There was one time a high schooler was working and they were friendly but every full grown adult there I've encountered hates life and projects it outwards.

Leaving two stars because they did have one of the parts we needed today. I personally made a run this morning to pick up something pretty simple. I had the item with me so I could make sure I got the exact thing I needed. When I told them what I needed they pointed me in the direction of the part and told me it should be down there. It was a simple part so I got what I needed and left. After digging further into the project we were working on we realized we needed a new tool. We called to make sure they had it in stock before making the 20 minute drive there vs going to a bigger town. We were assured they had plenty and several types to choose from. When we got there the person we talked to on the phone (I believe the manager) pointed and told us "if they had it it would be over there"...

They can't answer the phone at 5:52 before closing at 6:00PM

If I could give zero stars I would. This place NEVER have what I’m needing and over priced. The staff offer almost no help and act as if it’s an inconvenience for them if you ask questions. I asked for help and the guy with a water buffalo haircut said “maybe he should have came if he knew what he was looking for” completely unprofessional.

before you need a battery for your car do your homework and find the correct one before you go Blindly into this store and get one for the car you tell them since I had been jumped that morning I wasn't taking any chances and went to get one on June 8th and the gentleman behind the counter said, this is what the computer says I need for my 2020 Nissan Rogue. Upon install by myself and a neighbor it is taller by 2-3 inches so we had to struggle to attach the cables and the hold down no longer fits so I have to go online and find on that does. Very annoying all that work and still more work. Make sure they know the TYPE of model it is, mine SV which wasn't mentioned before since there are 3 different batteries for Rogues.
