My car broke down in Coxsackie and I had it towed to Eagle on a Sunday. They called me Monday morning with an idea of what could be wrong and were very thorough with an explanation. Tuesday evening it was ready to be picked up. Great prices, very quick, and very thorough! Thank you!!

Had a great experience getting my tires done here. Spoke with Michael and another gentleman who snuck me in on short notice so I didn’t have to drive on my donut for too long.

I had a appointment at 2.30pm back in June 2025,I got there at 2pm. At 2.15pm a guy that replaced John came out from the garage and was very rude to me and said we are not doing your truck,come back another day,he took two walkins ahead of me,I ask him whyb,why, replied because I feel like ,like it or not garages are like doctors offices there back ups ,I said what back ups,you just took 2 people that had no appointments I have sent many people to this business not no more.

Was forced to drop my car in the middle of the night due to a sudden brake failure a the New Baltimore service station. I called in the morning and the staff were courteous and understanding. Despite being short on mechanics they were able to get my car up and running by the next week. Although I would much rather have had my brake booster not fail on me, I'm glad that this auto repair shop just so happened to be the nearest one by when it happened.

I stopped in because I couldn't get a light cover off to change the bulb. Turned out that the wire was jacked- they got the part in 15 minutes. New to the area and they were so kind- felt like home. Thanks guys!!
