I got screwed around over there, everything about this place is shady . Long story short he had me drive my vehicle over 850 miles in 7 days. He finally passed the inspection sticker but only to get me out of his hair. But when I left the same issues were still there. I took it to another mechanic and he solved the problem in 1 hr. I had to spend $130 plus $120 for labor. This mechanic said there is no way that my vehicle could have passed the emissions test. What makes me mad is that I had just bought this truck from Volkswagen clear lake. And even they lied. And they Both lied to Carfax. I am disabled and have lots of Dr's Appointments weekly and they all knew this and still the devil's are in cahoots with each other. Let’s just say I wasn’t happy to bring my new car to the shop but this shop and all of their employees made the whole process very easy from dropping off my car to Sam who was very informative and professional , Tory handled my warranty from start to finish she kept me inform and I was so happy when she let me know I could keep my car till parts arrived .Once parts arrived 3 days later , I dropped it off at 8 and it was don’t by 2 pm !! when I picked up my car Olga was very kind and professional , she got me back on my way in less then 10 minutes !!
