Contacted Eagle Auto after finding a Toyota RAV4 online. Owner Abaas was very kind and I felt absolutely no pressure. I set up an appointment for a test drive and he provided me with all paperwork including recent mechanical inspection where there replaced break pads. All of this was confirmed on CarFax report. I explained that this car was for my teenage daughter and it needed to be safe, he was very responsive and very understanding. After noticing a small windshield chip, he immediately offered to replace windshield without me even asking. I also notice a minor scratch/crack in the tail light cover and he told me he would replace that as well.
