Eagle Automotive and Transmission

This isn't easy. I'm the type to just say nothing at all after having a bad customer experience. After all, you never know when somebody is having a bad day, or just a bad patch. It happens to us all, and that includes businesses, even if they get a little less runway. So it's with some regret that I must recount my awful experience. My parents and I worked with a gentlemen named Mike after bringing my car in for what they said was transmission-related. The car would start, but couldn't move when we'd put it in drive. Three times we were told the car was ready, and three times the car would stop after just a few hundred feet. Eagle installed my break pads and router. I was very concerned on how and where to go. I checked a few other places but too expensive so I chose Eagle, happy I did so. The place is clean comfortable with water or hot chocolate if want, very professional staff in and out of the office. I will guarantee if your vehicle needs help take it to Eagles Automotive you will not be unhappy

Had a great from beginning to end, I called asking for information on some repairs. David was very transparent and professional. Took my vehicle in without any appointment and got it back in two days. It runs 10 times better, thank you Team Eagle Automotive for all your hard work.

I left my vehicle the last Monday of Nov 2025. On Wednesday, Dec 14th my vehicle was still parked next to green dumpster in the back. Before that, it was parked with the back end at the VERY MOUTH of the driveway leading from the main street (far too close to the busy street). It had been parked there for two weeks. The first time I got the opportunity to come in, I asked for it to be moved. I was told, face-to-face that it would be moved right after our conversation . That same night, on my way home my vehicle was still parked with the butt end at the mouth or the entrance way of a driveway! Someone could've easily ran into the back of it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve taken my car to them twice for two different reasons and the service was great both times. I will be back and also recommend to anyone needing services on their vehicle.
