Eagle Mountain Auto Salvage

I was able to replace the front end and fender of my 2000 Dodge van through this salvage yard. I really consider myself lucky to have found them! The staff were all incredibly helpful! They had very, very reasonably priced parts too! Seriously grateful to have found Eagle Mountain Auto Salvage!

Horrible experience. The owner said she did not want my business when I tried to bargain on a common part for a Chevy Silverado. Obviously pricing is set in stone and this business wants noting to do with knowledgeable customers who know what they're buying.

Eagle Mountain Auto Salvage is a great place to get help when you need an auto part! We saw on their website that they had the fender we needed to replace our damaged fender. We went there and walked out to see the fender. Ooops. It had been damaged without their knowing. They apologized and said that sometimes that happens. We were glad we had asked to see the fender before buying it. Then, we asked if they could check the database and see if another place had the fender we needed. right away, they saw that an auto parts place in Haltom City had exactly the fender we needed! Thanks to all at Eagle Mountain Auto Salvage for their above and beyond service to us.

Looking for a wheel for my pick up truck. They had it and sold it to me at a fair price. It was in good condition too. Staff was friendly and helpful also

If only I could leave no stars awful awful awful. Run awaI REAPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAM SCAM. EAGLE MOUNTAIN SCAMM. I BOUGHT 2 TRANSMISSIONS FROM THEM. 1ST TRANSMISSION WAS NOT EVEN WORKING THE 2ND TRANSMISSION LEAKED OIL ALL OVER THE GROUND AND STOPPED WORKING ON THE TEST DRIVE. COMPLETE FAILURE. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE A WARRANTY TO RETURN....... 🤥 THEY WANTED ME TO OPEN UP THE TRANSMISSION AND PUT A SEAL ON IT WHICH WOULD VIOLATE THE WARRANTY AGREEMENT. THE PARTS ARE NOT INSPECTED BEFORE SELLING. SO NOW I HAVE A BAD TRANSMISSION IN MY CAR. EAGLE MOUNTAIN WANTS ME TO PAY SOME MECHANIC LABOR TO TAKE IT BACK OFF AGAIN AND THEN RETURN IT. COMPLETE RIP-OFF DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME . THEY WONT EVEN COMPENSATE FOR ALL MY WASTED LABOR PAY OF $1400 FOR
