Eagle R Towing

I just needed a tow down the road back home (3 miles) and $80 ($87 by card) was a very reasonable price from what I got calling around the tow companies here near Kyle. The man was very nice and even knew how to get the car in Neutral when it wouldn't turn on. Super prompt service, I didn't have to wait but 30 minutes for him to show up. ^w^

Very professional, and the person really cares about your necessity of the service. I called AAA after waiting almost 4 hours, and the employee told me they didn't understand why none towing company was picking my service. But as soon they call Eagle R he arrived in 20 minutes to help me, even in his day off!!

Richard from Eagle Towing was amazing! Due to the long distance tow (100+ Miles) 2 previous towing companies cancelled on my request via AAA, they contacted Eagle towing, whom they told me might be a last resort with it being a holiday and they said yes immediately!! He was nice, professional, excellent In communication and went above and beyond to deliver the best customer satisfaction, not to mention amazing timing!! I don’t write a lot of reviews but this company deserves merit!! Thanks again Eagle R Towing!!

Wow! Today I had a flat tire while at a work meeting, i contacted my insurance for road sine assistance, first company ( never called me) when I finally called them I was informed I would have to wait almost two hours, I reached out to my insurance and the contacted Eagle R towing, within minutes I received a call letting me know he would arrive within 15 minutes ( it only took him 6 minutes) service was very professional, and extremely quick. Top notch, fast, friendly service! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family, Thanks again for saving the day, Eagle R Towing!

I have been an AAA member for at least 15 years and have met a lot a good towing company drivers, but Eagle-R Towing, Richard specifically, ranks #1 in customer service! He was prompt to call and give his estimated arrival and showed up earlier than expected. He was very courteous and even checked with me to be sure I had a ride before taking my car away. The world needs more people like Richard and his company!
