Great Attitude and excellent service by the entire personnel, Gabriel the owner, has a great team of associates!

They told me they would get me in first, waited an hour just for them to call me to tell me that my alignment was going to cost 295$? I will not be coming back. There is no wonder why no one is ever inside that company. It needs new management asap.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Ive never heard of a Good Year that doesn’t have mechanics during lunch! Instead they had a customer directing traffic! Driving 400 miles to the next Good Year to get decent service. Low tire and we had to wait until they were done with lunch. Been Good Year customers for years and have never experienced this! If your coming to Eagle Pass make sure your tires are not in need of servicing especially during lunch! I’m sure the corporate office will love reading my formal complaint! Couldn’t get a word with an employee cause she was too busy on her phone meanwhile the other employee updated his Facebook status out to lunch! 🙈 Come on Good Year these people have made a mockery with your name and logo they need to be let go! Thumbs down Eagle Pass Good Year! 👎🏼👎🏼

Great service, traveling with work, low tire pressure in front left tire, had business to take care of, they had me in and out in 1 hour. I cannot say anything negative about this location. TOTALLY AWESOME
