Eagle Towing

Hands down the best towing company that I’ve worked with! My old Ford is no stranger to stranding me on the side of the road #DontDieTruck! Luckily for me, Eagle Towing had my back this morning! Customer service was very caring and reassuring on the phone! And Paul pulled up in less than 10 minutes with 1st class service and professionalism! So thankful for ET! Last night my 17 year old daughter broke down on 288 in the snow/rain. She called me scared and crying. We called Eagle Towing and ET said he was on the way. He got there before we could. I was on the phone with her and could hear him talking to her. He was such a gentleman! He made sure she was okay and was safe in his truck until we arrived. I am very thankful for ET! She’s only been driving for 8 months and never been in a situation like this. Thank you Eagle Towing and especially thank you ET for helping my baby girl and getting to her so quick!

My newish car’s engine died. I called Eagle Towing and Jim was there in 15 mins. Jim did a great job hooking up my car and taking it to the dealer. Super friendly. Not overly. Everything including the payment was handled smoothly. He even took a different route to avoid an accident.

Toni at Eagle Towing is great! I called yesterday to ask questions about accessing a vehicle that they had towed. Her voice was welcoming and friendly, warm and compassionate to my situation. She was knowledgeable and professional! Thank you Toni, you are an asset. Your customer service skills are unmatched in today's market!

Paul is a rockstar. Extremely skilled behind the wheel of his rig during inclement weather to complete the job safely. Extremely skilled at vehicle recovery to be as careful as possible with respect for others and their property. And super nice and patient with myself and neighbors. I lucked out having him answer my call for help. Job well done!
