“I’d hate to see a young girl get taken advantage of”, said the owner & that’s exactly what happened here. Thousands of dollars later, issue still not corrected! The first time we dropped car off, things went well from a communication standpoint. Picked vehicle up, car stalled out the same night resulting in an accident. Returned vehicle because it’s under warranty, left car. They had my vehicle for about 3.5 months before transferring to a dealership to be checked out. The vehicle sat at dealership for almost 3 weeks, I had to get involved by making calls just to get an update because the owner kept telling me he’d either call me back or placing blame on the dealership.
