Eagle Truck Wash MI

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I paid to have my truck washed, and instead of leaving clean, it came out worse than when I arrived. I have brand-new stainless steel stacks and high-end mufflers, and every other truck wash I go to leaves my truck looking like new. At this location, I clearly told them the truck needed a proper wash, and I paid extra to have the chassis and engine washed. All they did was spray water with no real cleaning at all. I spent over $100 just to get my truck dirtier. I’m including photos so other drivers can see for themselves and avoid this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation. Horrible experience.

Don’t you get tired of the bad reviews? Why wouldn’t you hire or train your guys to do a good job. Two guys working tonight, one long haired guy with a long goatee and a younger guy that clearly didn’t wanna be there. I asked for a brush wash truck/trailer, and a wax. For $69.99, they would have done a great job! But I paid $137.80 for a half assed washed. He said he didn’t hear me say brush wash the trailer and charged me another $27.56 for it. When I came back out, he was just pressure washing the trailer again, telling me he brushed washed it. I told him, no way you did this side in 5 minutes. The angry looking kid did it even faster.

I don’t know other people but my experience with them was amazing, decent price too, guys are great. Had my truck washed on Jan 30, 2026, it was covered in layers of salt and dirt from after snow storm, and guys here washed it, brushed and made it look spotless clean. Better than east side blue beacons. Thank you

Did an OK job at my trailer washout, and price was fair. Staff, on the other hand, left something to be desired. Not very friendly, almost to the point of being rude. If need be, I'd stop in again, albeit begrudgingly.

Waited in line over an hour for a terrible wash. Missed spots all over. Streaking all over. The streakin beacon does a better job. Do better.
