Ford focus with transmission issues. Mike knew exactly what was wrong, as this model has known transmission issues. He was able to diagnose and fix it within two days (the week before the car sat for 4 days at another shop waiting to diagnose and quote service). Mike’s quote was on par with previous shop and he was able to fix quickly. Very happy. with repairs.
