Unfortunately it's no longer Earl Copeland it's J & W they are simply taking advantage of that names reputation. I was initially grateful for their prompt assistance and reasonable pricing to resolve my issue. However, 3 days after my "repair" multiple fuses blew. I was very clear that fire damaged my rear light assembly and was assured they could handle any electrical issues. I requested a diagnostics initially to find any electrical shortages and fix them and I was charged for it. Yet when I returned my vehicle due to the issues I was told an error code came up and due to the age of my vehicle they simple couldn't find the part. Upon further inquiry I was told they would need to actually do a diagnostics to find the issue which I was under the impression was done to start with and I paid

I went to Copeland's on February 1st 2021 for a cable to my truck f350. The owner he told me that it would cost between $100 and $150. After arriving to pick up my truck the owner told me that it was $639.80!!! I am highly disappointed frustrated and feel taking advantage of.!! This place is a rip-off the owner seems to be a crook with a unfriendly attitude to say the least please do not take your car there for any service.!! See photos and a copy of the receipt .

So very thankful to have found Johnny (JW Garage) here. Their honesty in work, attention to detail, and communication is unmatched. No other shop will be allowed to lay hands on our 1985 Jeep Grand Wagoneer! Phenomenal work and such great care provided for all of our vehicles.

I have 4 old cars and Earl has worked on two of them. I am very pleased so far with their work. It is difficult to find a great mechanic Earl and his crew have impressed me with their knowledge and ability to fix the problem right the first time. The cost is reasonable too. I was suppose to pick up my truck and it had another issue when I started it. Earl offered to give me a ride home. He is a nice christian man with a pleasant disposition. Earl is quite humorous at times too. Thank you guys for your work so far!

My car broke down on me last Friday. We had it towed to our usual mechanic and unfortunately he wasn't able to work on it, once we discovered the issue(I needed a new alternator) we found that out on Monday afternoon. I had it towed to Copeland's garage after speaking with Johnny who was so nice, understanding and was able to give me a quote over the phone. He kept in great communication with me was so very nice, listened and didn't make me feel like I was a lady that didn't know anything about vehicles (even though I don't lol) the shop had it done by Wednesday morning! Highly recommend this place! My keys were brought to me after payment and they pulled my car up right to the front door without me having to search for it!!! They were fast, efficient and once again great communication and
