Earnhardt Lexus Service Center

Took my car in for an oil change and a gift card and credit card I accidentally left on my seat was stolen from the car. I reported it to the service manager but no one ever called me or followed up to apologize, etc. Lost my trust to continue doing business here.

This service center is a joke. Cant even schedule me for a battery change for 3 days!! The woman who answered also had a bad attitude. Took my Lexus GS350 to Toyota next door and they got it done in 3 hours. Management please take a lesson from Toyota!!! Do better! Its like pulling teeth at Lexus to get the service you deserve!!!! Avoid unless no other options available and you have plenty of time. Sad I cant even get good service where I bought my car. Cant express enough, DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I had a really bad customer service experience at this Lexus service center. I was travelling from California to Phoenix to visit some friends on Friday July 5th and the radiator on my ES350 started leaking coolant as I was getting closer to Phoenix late on Friday. I took my car to this service center first thing in the morning on Saturday as they were opening up, with the hopes of getting my car fixed the same day. I spoke to a service advisor (Lindsey) and explained to her the issues I was experiencing with my car, and I emphasized on how imperative it was that I get my car fixed the same day as I had to travel back to California on Sunday. I was told they would perform a diagnostic on my car and let me know the outcome of it. Later that same day (Saturday) I get a call from Lindsey and

I had earlier today wrote about a bad experience I had over the phone with Earnhardt. I was very upset the way the call was handled. We have been going to Earnhardt for over 15 years and have had nothing but a great experience. We have the most amazing advisors and customer service. Today after I wrote a not so great review within an hour I got a phone call from Bull Earnhardt, he apologized sincerely and honestly. I just can say WOW to take the time to call a customer is something not done these days, but to know that this man really cares about his business and his customers made me a customer for life!!!

Took in my 2000 LX470 here when my local shop and I couldn't find the leak contributing to a P0171 lean code plus some minor issues I wanted corrected as well. The techs were able to show me where they found the leak and we were able to go over everything to make sure it was getting done to my satisfaction. In the end I was very happy with the service, quality of work, and working with everyone there.
