If it was up to me, I would give them negative stars. I used their free oil change coupon and I never had an oil leak until after they did my oil change so I brought it to a different place to get it checked on and that place called them to see what they would do to accommodate what they did and they sat there and told them it wasn’t their problem and they’re not gonna fix it. This place is a rip off. They also wanted me to pay $95 for them to find the leak that they caused I will never be bringing my business back to these people, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Until now, I've been real happy to get my oil changes here. I had an appointment there on Monday and that same day, they told me they couldn't get me in, so we rescheduled for Wednesday. After I sat there a while, they still couldn't get me in and rescheduled for Thursday. They changed the oil super quick, but didn't do the free vehicle checkup that's supposed to be included with all oil changes. I mentioned it, but they didn't want to do it. One manager there was bitter that I didn't get my transmission flush with them, because I had found a much better price somewhere else. He kept bringing it up. I get their oil change coupons in the mail all the time, so if they don't want me to use them, they should quit sending them!

Hit some road debris and got 2 flat tires. EAS in Loveland was able to replace the tires and get me back on the road on the same day. They also checked for additional damage to make sure my car was safe to drive.

Recently changed mechanic shops and was looking for an honest shop that does good work and EAS does just that they go beyond to meet your needs! Let me say I am very pleased with their work. Bob did an excellent job communicating, getting parts, and getting me scheduled definetly recommended! The mechanics there got the job done quickly and they did it right the first time. Will be going back for future repairs and regular maintenance! Thanks to everyone at EAS!

Received the free oil change from the flyer distributed through the mail. A complete inspection was done with pictures and sent to me. No one was pushy about trying to get me to have any repairs done there. Liz (very sweet and apologetic about being backed up) explained the rewards program they have. She also got me an Uber to and from home since they were backed up.
