Had my car towed here, asked them to look over EVERYTHING that could be wrong and notify me. The kid at reception didnt write a detailed enough note so after having my car back for 6 days, it has another issue which shouldve been found in the initial diagnosis i asked for. Now im being told to repay towing fee to get it looked at correctly like I had asked the first time. I would not recommend. I was told the owner would be “hard pressed” to discount the towing rate as they dont own the East Ave towing service anymore. Unhelpful and I would not recommend.

Major shout out to the guys at this auto shop for dealing with me today as I spastically sped into the parking lot with a suddenly deflating tire straight off of 490 without an appointment (or a single brain cell) rushing through barely a coherent statement with a very uncool and panicky voice. They were able to patch my tire on the spot while juggling rush hour gas pumping and ACTUAL customers/calls. They did this very inexpensively and truly made my manic Monday end well. I would go back for work there for sure and definitely recommend them now.

East Ave Auto is the best place to take your car in the city! All the guys there are trustworthy, honest and kind. They are knowledgeable, will not price gouge you, and will get any work needed to be done on your car fast and well. Shoutout to Morgan today for removing a screw out of my tire and patching it up on the spot for me! Would 100% recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Many thanks to Ralph for making the horrible start to my day do a 360 when he took care of my deflated tire in less than 20 minutes. Literally saved the day for me! So fortunate to be near a service station that provides such friendly, efficient, and expert car repair and maintenance.

The guys there were so attentive and the service was as cheap as I imagine they could make it. Had to get towed there and the staff inside helped make an awful day less awful. They also took a look around the engine and let me know about stuff that will become a problem in the future, which was so thoughtful! I’ll definitely be back for regular service!
