We found this yard through car-part.com while searching for body parts for a Nissan Frontier in a somewhat rare color. We made the drive through a sizable lake effect storm from the Chicago area, some 350+ miles each way. Parts were exactly as described and in amazing shape. Customer service on the phone was great. Cool lobby also.

Tried calling Belle Tire, Discount Tire, other scrapyards. These guys came through when I really badly needed it. My girlfriend's 2011 Dodge Journey had the lug studs snap on her while she was heading up to me from another state, being a 2011 Dodge Journey it has 17x6.5 rims, apparently very difficult to get hands on. So eventually these guys got me a rim for ~$800 less than I would've been paying, arranged a way for me to get it after hours, and were incredibly professional and courteous. Will be contacting them about some thing for my car in the future.

I phoned them up looking for a mirror for a silver Rav4 because I couldn't find one near me, and they were very helpful. They were able to ship it to me, and it arrived very quickly. I found it to be in great condition and carefully packaged to protect the glass and paint. Thanks East Bay!

Was sold a "tested" air shock for my vehicle. Shop installed it and it leaked. Shop uninstalled it and took it back to trade for another "tested" air shock. Shop installed second one and it also leaked. Now I'm paying for extra hours of installing and uninstalling parts that were "tested" plus the extra weeks of ordering new ome. I'm done trusting this place.
