East Coast Auto Repair

This was my first time going to East Coast Auto Repair. I had a very good experience. Owner was very friendly. I needed an oil change and usually get a tire rotation as well. He informed me to skip the tire rotation as my front tires looked better than my rear tires. Other places would have just done it to get the money. This shows me that they care about their customers. Looks like I have a new neighborhood repair specialist. Thank you!! Excellent job.

Sean and Rick are amazing! Sean went thru my entire truck top to bottom and found a few things that needed immediate attention. Brought my truck in to be fixed yesterday and it rides and feels so much better! This was my first time going to Sean and I have found my new mechanic! Sean will tell you what’s wrong instead of waiting for you to tell him and he is meticulous! Doesnt over charge and is friendly and very personable! If you need your car fixed THE RIGHT WAY….bring it here! They are amazing!

I called East Coast about a couple small concerns about my car, and even though they were busy Rick was able to accommodate me and got my car in the next day to be looked at. Turned out the couple concerns I had were pretty big mechanical and safety issues and it turned out to be a huge repair job. Rick was in touch with me the whole time and explanatory about the issues and what the fixes were. I was really impressed, the cost was fair (if not great for what my car needed) and the work was done quickly. This is the 2nd time I've used East Coast and being new to the area, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend!
