This was my second time at East Coast auto service. A job well done, both times they were very professional and on time. I truly appreciate them. They were excellent. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know where to go thank you guys. Great job.

Purchased a Groupon for full synthetic oil change- w tire rotation, engine light check & multi point inspection- super affordable (even without a Groupon) got me in next day. Quick 1.5 hour with an added chance of headlight. Will def go back.

I'm a bit disappointed because i said beforehand that it was a foreign car and i wanted a check by aprofessional who could look underneath my motorhome to see what was making the noise. And they cancelled my appointment with the excuse that it was a foreign car and they wouldn't have any parts. So basically they wasted a full day for me when i could have gone to another repair shop. Would strongly recommend finding a more reliable repair shop.

Brought the car for a fix in the front of it, since it was making very worrying sounds. A few hours of work they told me, to fix something that should be simple, but the price was simply too much. But let's say it is an honest price. How is it possible that after simply hours from going out, I have a worse terrifying sound coming from another side of the car? The car is even worse from when I brought it in. I lost lots of money in the process and time. I am very disappointed. Never coming back.

I've had horrible experiences in the past with mechanics and I can say it was a breath of fresh air bringing my car here. I really appreciate that they text/call and ask before doing anything additional charge rather than just doing it and adding it to the bill. You can tell they care for their customers and I'll happily be bringing my car back.
