Love these people! Shannon, Oliver and team at East Coast Autowerks are the best! I stopped in when my car had a low tire and engine light come on. A friend had recommended their shop to me. My dog and I waited while they checked the car. Shannon offered me water and she also offered my dog some as well. While waiting, Shannon entertain me with great stories and neighborhood happenings. She knew I was nervous about the car problems. By that time she finished making me laugh Oliver came in and had fixed my tire and told me that the engine light was on due to the sensor responding to the low tire pressure. The service was fast, the bill fair, and the feeling of being treated with respect wonderful. Sometimes as a woman mechanics talk down to you. Not Oliver, he was very professional. Shannon

Well. My first experience with crash repair in 54 years of driving. Crashed my '02 Suburban last year and quickly found myself between a rock and a hard spot. The folks at East Coast Autowerks took me in and began the process of getting my truck back on the road. One year later my truck is back better than it was the day before I crashed it. All damage repaired, rust repaired, and the frame swapped! Wow! All through the process Oliver and Elvira were helpful and real. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Definitely the nicest GMT 800 in the triad. Thanks again for a job well done.

amazing shop with an even better owner! everyone i've interacted with at this shop has been nothing but kind & courteous. when i needed a quick check on my car (she was leaking a little bit of oil..), not only were able to fix the issue, but they got it done in less than 10 mins! (and they explained the problem in depth to me.) the shop is very well maintained, the prices are literally perfect and the service is extraordinary. i'm a high school senior at southwest guilford high school, and i would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. additionally, because of how awesome the service was, i'd go as far as to suggest this place to central students as well! i promise y'all will love it.

I had an emergency low tire pressure alert while out with the owner’s daughter, we called him and he offered to help right away. The drive was close and I had a fun time looking at cool cars and talking with my friend’s dad. The problem was handled very professionally and I’m very grateful to know such an amazing family.

I took my MGB midget to this shop and was delighted that the owner had also owned one!! So much fun talking cars with them both. They were super nice and professional. And the work on my car was perfect!
