I have been getting my 2016 BMW serviced at EuroWorks since 2022. The team is extremely professional, efficient, & reliable with any work I have ever brought my vehicle in for. Their pricing is transparent, and the best deal that I have found in the Wilmington area. Nate was a huge help in getting my vehicle in and serviced in a timely manner with consistent communication and updates on my services. They also have loaner vehicles based in availability for customers & that was a huge help and lifted burden. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop with quality work and quality mechanics, this is the place!

Nate and Alec and the mechanics at ECEW are the easiest repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Their professionalism, communication, transparency, and willingness to answer ANY question is beyond outstanding. I’ve owned 8 VWs across the Midwest and east coast - it can be challenging to find a great German auto shop. I had an ECM “gremlin” issue that the dealership didn’t correct 5 years ago. Rather than dismiss my concerns because the gremlin was hiding when I took her in, the team at ECEW dug deeper and through extra trouble shooting, found the issue and corrected it. Not a hiccup since and I’m their customer for life and my next 8 VW’s. Even have my BF sold on using their shop for his fancy BMWS.

This shop used to be my go-to about five years ago and did great work on my older BMWs. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed, and not for the better. I brought my BMW in for what should have been a very straightforward job: replacing a flex disc. Instead, the transmission mounts were installed incorrectly — backwards — something I had to point out myself. That mistake ultimately led to damage to the transmission. To their credit, they did fix the transmission, but the situation ended up costing me significantly more money. During the repair, they even suggested reinstalling my old clutch, which was already out, rather than replacing it — not acceptable in my opinion. Wesley is absolutely my hero! He took such good care of me and when I learned I needed a new radiator, which was very costly. He went way above and beyond to be sure he kept me within my budget, while still fixing my car. He was so kind, thoughtful, professional and caring. And, when I got in my car it was so clean and smelled great! A very bummer repair turned into a shop we will use for a life because of how thoughtfully I was treated. East Coast Euro Works has been taking care of my Mercedes and BMW for the past year and a half. Nate has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I find them to be honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable and much more competitive than the dealer.
