ive ordered a few parts from them over the years. they are fast to answer their phone and have always had the parts on hand. recently i broke an axle shaft - my local drive line shop was 920.00 for the big shaft and 305 for the stubby. east coast saved me 600.00 on the big shaft alone. i didnt know id broken the stubby as well so i called on a Wednesday - they had them, 100 bucks vs 305, and shipping was 22 bucks.... made it to my door in about 21 hours. excellent service, excellent pricing.

Outstanding service, communication, product and follow up! Nothing but gratitude for how the entire process was handled. Upon my initial inquiry, I was provided with insight that helped me make an educated decision on the proper choice for my specific application. Turn around time on the rebuild was within 7 days. The rear differential arrived well packaged and ready to install. I’m still within the 500 mile break in, but I will state that I already notice a marked improvement from the Detroit Posi-lock and fresh gears in the differential. I even inquired about some stickers after the fact and was sent some promptly! They earned my business! Money well spent! I will keep them in mind for future applications. 2018 Sequoia. 218k miles. I had the textbook symptoms on my front differential. (Needle bearing on the driver side had Growling/Roaring between 15-30mph.) I purchased the clamshell kit and installed it today. 100% fixed. Thank you so much for making this. It saved my rear.🙂 Also, I received the additional white plastic guide that goes inside the bearing. This was not in the video, but it's a great addition to the kit. You may want to consider a video update, but it was obvious what the guide was for. Thanks again!

Absolutely incredible service. They were very knowledgeable and got me the parts and specialty tools I needed to repair my Tacoma. Will definitely revisit them for any future driveline breakdowns and upgrades.

I cannot recommend ECGS highly enough. Their customer service spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me recommending the right course of action for my truck that I had at a different shop without any expectation of a sale. The degree to which these guys know their stuff is truly impressive. The other shop proved untrustworthy (they told me a I needed a complete donor rear end for $6k), so I ultimately brought the truck from the other shop to ECGS and they got me taken care of the right way. In addition, they got it done within a day of me bringing it to them, and it was major work too, making it even more impressive.
