I'd like to express my appreciation to East Coast towing , the owner and all the staff that I dealt with over the last couple weeks. All of my business with them was extremely professional, courteous and I could not have asked for anything more of them. From the initial phone call to picking up the truck today was handled beyond my expectations. The group at East Coast towing made a very difficult situation easier to deal with. Excellent experience with this company after our daughter was involved in an accident that left her car un-drivable. They were the wrecker service on call for JPD and dealing with them has been a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly people but price is on the end for the area. Basic hookup is about 188 dollars. Their charge for vehicle storage is not based on time. For example, if your vehicle gets to their place at 8 PM and you pick it up at 8 AM the next day they charge you for 2 days. Lastly, they add a credit card surcharge, which is not very customer friendly considering most people don't have that much cash or their check book with them when they need a tow. Credit card payments are for the convenience of the business so they don't have to worry about cash hanging around, or wait for a check to clear.
