East Duplin Radiator & A/C Service

I was referred here and I clearly did not get the same experience they did. I have had to travel back and forth, driving 44min one way to this place and yet again I am left with no cold AC! I was charged different amounts for the exact same thing (Simon charged very low and the young guy, which I assume is his son charged higher) I had an appointment that was scheduled by this same guy on July 4th, Simon said the 3rd but he said the 4th, I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning before they were scheduled to open like I was told and my truck sat the entire day until after 5 UNTOUCHED! His response was “you didn’t come by. I drove by the shop, your truck wasn’t there” I have a black Tahoe, pretty hard to miss. Amazing repair and service on my 16 year old GMC truck A/C. Mr. Simon was recommended by E and E Auto. Upon arriving he met me in the drive and it was like we were good friends. He listened intently to my concerns and had me in the shop in a few mins. It was a quick diagnosis and repair of the high pressure valve that was leaking. He replaced and recharged my system at a more than reasonable cost. I would recommend East Duplin Radiator and A/C Repair for honesty, caring and quick repair service.
