The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about helping me out. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest and kind. Car had been having problems starting for a while. Monday afternoon it didn’t start. Had a new battery so that wasn’t it. Someone recommended this place. I had already mistakenly taken it to Toyota and they kept it two days and never said I needed a starter. (Already frustrated with car repair people here because I had been told by other places that I needed other unnecessary work done when I bought new tires in December. They see a woman coming and they think you’re stupid). I called them Monday afternoon and told them the tow man said it was probably the starter, which I figured also. I was told they could order a starter - if that was the problem - and have it delivered quickly. Then the install wouldn’t take longer than an hour. East Hill Automotive on 12th always does a great job with our vehicles and today was no exception. They fixed the air conditioning on my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid quickly and at a very reasonable price. I dropped it off at 8:30 am and it was ready the same day on a Friday.
