Unprofessional, Shady business practices, and incerdibly slow. These guys tried to return my car to me STILL damaged on 3 separate occasions and then they charged me for additonal repairs that i know for a fact are covered by my insurance. The only good thing about this place is that they will help out with the deductible but it does not mean ANYTHING if you incurr well over $ 500 worth of rental fees due to delays and repeated mistakes caused by these people. Avoid this place like the plague, I beg of you. They do not deserve your hard earned money. I'd have my car back by now if I took it anywhere else. Even jiffy lube. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for running a "business" like this. Return my car to me damaged again, and I'm getting a lawyer. I have had enough.
